LIMA, Ohio (WLIO) — Lima Senior put on an offensive showcase at home, improving to 2–0 with a 109–82 win over Cincinnati Aiken.

The Spartans wasted no time setting the tone. In the opening quarter, Amari Addy jumped a passing lane for a steal and pushed it ahead to Willie Foster, and the Northern Kentucky commit finished the fast-break layup for two of his 15 points. Moments later, Noah Simpson picked off another pass and fired it to Shawn Foster, who elevated for a two-handed slam to put Lima Senior up 13–9.

Aiken battled back, pulling within one as Jeff Williams found space and knocked down a jumper. The Spartans still held an 18–15 advantage heading into the next frame.

In the second quarter, Lima Senior’s stars took over. Willie Foster swung it to Shawn at the top of the key, and the junior buried a deep three. Foster continued to fill it up, finishing with a team-high 34 points in a dominant performance.

Addy added to the momentum with a smooth finish on the fast break, helping the Spartans maintain control as the pace accelerated.

Lima Senior’s transition game and pressure defense proved too much for Aiken, as the Spartans crossed the 100-point mark on their way to a convincing home win.
