Miller City improves to 17-2 with win against Jefferson in non-conference matchup

DELPHOS (WLIO) — Miller City showed why it entered the night as the No. 2 ranked team in Division VII, pulling away for a 57-37 non-conference win over Jefferson at Jefferson High School.
Kyah Kimmett helped Jefferson get off to a strong start and finished with nine points, matching Claire Brinkman for the team lead. Miller City answered behind Elizabeth Erford, who led all scorers with 17 points as the Wildcats steadily added to their lead each quarter.
With the win, Miller City improved to 17-2 on the season.
