BLUFFTON, Ohio (WLIO) — Postseason volleyball rolled into the district semifinal round Monday night as Pandora-Gilboa powered past Waynesfield-Goshen in straight sets at Bluffton University.
The Rockets controlled momentum from the opening serve, taking the first set 25–14 behind strong attacks from Kelsie Carlson and Corrin Luginbill — both firing rockets down the line that the Tigers struggled to return.
Waynesfield-Goshen stayed within reach early in the second thanks to finesse plays from Brylee Schlosser, but Pandora-Gilboa consistently had an answer. Luginbill delivered another emphatic kill late in the set to help the Rockets pull away.
Pandora-Gilboa completed the sweep with set wins of 25–14, 25–15, and 25–8, advancing to the Division VII Northwest 3 district final.
The Rockets will be back in action Wednesday at 7 p.m. at Bluffton University.
