LIMA, Ohio (WLIO) — The fourth week of the high school football season brought plenty of amazing moments and highlights across the region.
That includes our K-&-M Contracting Play of the Week, which comes from Shawnee’s Western Buckeye League showdown against Bath.
In the fourth quarter, Shawnee led 24-21 when JJ Spyker found Isaac Meeks. The junior wideout pulled in an incredible one-handed catch, secured the ball, and raced his way into the end zone.
The touchdown sealed the Indians’ 31-21 victory, snapping Bath’s three-game winning streak.
Shawnee will be back at home in Week Five to face Celina. Congratulations to Isaac Meeks, our Play of the Week honoree.
