According to court documents from the Auglaize County Clerk of Courts, a jury trial has been set for Tuesday, September 6, 2022, at 9:00 am. A final pre-trial by telephone will be Thursday, August 18, 2022. Stinebaugh was indicted by a grand jury in July of 2021 with 17 counts, including charges of having an unlawful interest in a public contract, conflict of interest, and theft in office. Stinebaugh entered not guilty pleas on all counts. The case will be heard in Auglaize County Common Pleas Court by a visiting Judge Patricia Cosgrove.
