On October 17, 2024, the Women's Health Center will be holding its 28th annual Hope Garden Celebration.
On October 17, 2024, the Women's Health Center will be holding its 28th annual Hope Garden Celebration. The celebration is not only for survivors but for their friends and family who were by their side every step of the way. There will be entertainment and games, prayers and reflection, but most importantly, hope from other survivors who have been on the same journey.

"A lot of times, when we give that diagnoses of cancer, we see that uncertainty and that fear in the patient's eyes, and when they can come to an event like this and see patients that have been diagnosed 5, 10, 15, 20 years ago that have survived and have beaten their disease. It gives them additional hope to just keep on fighting," says Dr. Darlene Weyer, LMHS Women's Health Center Director.

The Hope Garden celebration is on October 17th at noon at the Lima Memorial Medical Park at 525 N Eastown Road, Lima, OH 45807.
