Jeff Sites is running for Ohio's 4th Congressional District as a Democrat, and says that Jim Jordan's refusal to testify is a failure to keep his oath to uphold the Constitution. He's now calling on the congressman to either testify to the committee, or step down from his position.

"As a military policeman, I took an oath to uphold the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic, and Jim Jordan took that same oath," said Sites. "Clearly he has failed his House and chosen party over country. I am calling all the constituents of the Ohio 4th Congressional District to call or write Mr. Jordan and demand that he either testify to the committee or resign from Congress."

Sites will face the other Democratic candidate, Tamie Wilson, in the upcoming primary election in May.
