WAPAKONETA, OHIO (WLIO) - A Lima woman has been indicted for an alleged road rage incident in October that left one person dead.
Luckett fled the scene and was later picked up by troopers.
An Auglaize County Grand Jury has charged 24-year-old Bailey Luckett with reckless homicide, aggravated vehicular homicide, and failure to stop after an accident. All three charges are felonies of the third degree. Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers say Luckett was driving her car in the northbound lane ahead of a semi driven by 50-year-old Jesus Perez when Luckett stopped her car on I-75 north of Wapakoneta and got out to confront Perez. 44-year-old David Shutt died after he failed to stop in time and struck the back of Perez's semi. Luckett fled the scene and was later picked up by troopers. No arraignment date has been set for Luckett.
