The Allen County Commissioners continue their work to determine the use of American Rescue Plan Act Dollars.
Thursday a resolution passes to employ the services of the law firm of Bricker and Eckler to assist in determining what the “ARPA” money can be used. The firm will be used on an “as need” basis for projects that are determined for the relief package. The commissioners have already set up sub-committees to meet with departments that would have a continued impact of COVID-19. Commissioners say the law firm has expertise in understanding and deciphering the qualifications for local fiscal recovery funds of the “ARPA” dollars.
