ALLEN COUNTY, OH (WLIO) - Christmas came early for some area seniors as they got pampered at Apollo Career Center on Monday.
Clients at the Senior Citizens Services in Lima were invited to the Apollo senior cosmetology class to get a manicure or hairstyle.

"I love it because at the end of the day, it's always making them feel better about themselves, and they always feel good when they leave, and it just makes everybody's day better," said Kaylan Floyd, a senior cosmetology student at Apollo Career Center.
"They just want to fox us up for the holidays. And actually, I have a gathering this weekend, so it's perfect. I will be dazzling," commented Cheryl Ward, who enjoyed the pampering.
They also got a portrait with Santa thanks to the multimedia technology students.
