WAPAKONETA, Ohio (WLIO) — A Wapakoneta man has pleaded not guilty to multiple sex-related charges.
Edward Gross, 67, was indicted by an Auglaize County grand jury on charges of rape, gross sexual imposition, and sexual battery. The alleged offense occurred in the fall of 2024, with charges ranging from first-degree felonies to fourth-degree felonies.
Gross was released on an own-recognizance bond following his hearing Monday morning. The judge ordered that he undergo testing for sexually transmitted diseases and comply with a protection order issued by the court.
No trial date has been scheduled.
