0017 hrs. – Dispatched Van Wert Fire to a residence on Lincoln Highway in Pleasant Township for an odor investigation.
0610 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. Route 30 in Washington Township for a report of a wrong way driver.
0710 hrs. – Deputies received a report of possible abuse at a location in the Village of Ohio City.
0729 hrs. – Dispatched Ohio City Fire to an area of State Route 118 in the Village of Ohio City for an odor investigation.
0802 hrs. – Dispatched Middle Point EMS to a residence on Lincoln Highway in Ridge Township for a subject who fell.
0848 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on West Koch Street in the Village of Ohio City for a complaint of a domestic violence and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Jesus Edgardo Luisgarcia age 33 of California was charged with a Misdemeanor 1 Domestic Violence, and Misdemeanor 1 Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle. He is being held in the Van Wert County Correctional Facility.
1007 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Alspach Road in Liberty Township for a report of a dog that fell through the ice on a pond. The dog was able to get out prior to Deputy arrival.
1101 hrs. – Deputies spoke with a resident from the Village of Convoy for a complaint of telecommunications harassment.
1150 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of North Race Street in the City of Van Wert to check the welfare of a dog.
1233 hrs. – Deputies responded to a location on West Main Street in the City of Van Wert to assist a motorist locked out of their vehicle.
1403 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of East Sycamore in the Village of Middle Point for a report of a loose dog.
1452 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Keplar Street in the City of Van Wert to assist a motorist locked out of the vehicle.
1501 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Hogan Street in the Village of Willshire for a report of a loose dog.
1624 hrs. – Deputies responded to a location on Wolfcale Road in Pleasant Township to standby as a peace officer.
1801 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of West Ervin Road in the City of Van Wert to assist the Van Wert Police.
2106 hrs. – Dispatched Van Wert Fire to a location on Van Wert Decatur Road in the City of Van Wert for a report of a dumpster fire.
2109 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. Route 30 in Tully Township for a report of reckless driving.
2130 hrs. – Deputies served a warrant issued by Van Wert County Common Pleas Court for Probation Violation. Lance J. Thompson age 43 of Van Wert is being held at the Van Wert County Correctional Facility.
2310 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Giffin Road in Hoaglin Township for a report of an injured dog.

1312 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on East Tully Street in the Village of Convoy to check the welfare of a resident.
1407 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Normal Street in the Village of Middle Point for a report of fraud.
1435 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on East Hoffman Street in the Village of Ohio City for a complaint of harassment.
1439 hrs. – Deputies responded to a location on North Washington Street in the City of Van Wert to assist a motorist locked out of their vehicle.
1617 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. Route 127 in Liberty Township for a report of a disabled vehicle in the roadway.
1942 hrs. – Dispatched Convoy EMS to a residence on Lincoln Highway in Tully Township for a subject who was not feeling well.
2022 hrs. – Deputies served a warrant issued by Van Wert County Common Pleas Court for Possession of Drugs a Fifth Degree Felony. Roy Densel Jr. 49 of Van Wert was issued a summons to appear in court on Wednesday December 11, 2024.
2151 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of State Route 116 in Ridge Township for a report of a motor vehicle crash involving a deer, no injuries were reported.

0135 hrs. – Deputies spoke with a resident from the Village of Convoy on a complaint of vandalism and identity fraud.
0543 hrs. – Dispatched Scott Fire to a location on Scott Road in Union Township for a report of a utility pole on fire.
0630 hrs. – Dispatched Van Wert EMS to a residence on South Walnut Street in the City of Van Wert for a subject who had fallen.
0711 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. Route 30 in Pleasant Township for a report of a vehicle driving with no lights.
0802 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on State Route 81 in Willshire Township for a report of criminal damaging.
0919 hrs. – Dispatched Wren EMS to a residence on State Route 49 in Willshire Township for a subject having difficulty breathing.
1024 hrs. – Deputies responded to a location on Westwood Drive in the City of Van Wert to assist a motorist locked out of their vehicle.
1121 hrs. – Dispatched Willshire Fire and Wren Fire to an area of Harrison Willshire Road in Harrison Township for a report of a field fire.
1142 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. Route 127 in Hoaglin Township for a report of a disabled vehicle in the roadway.
1237 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Converse Roselm Road in Washington Township for a report of a truck and tool chest being broken into.
1402 hrs. – Deputies along with Middle Point Fire and EMS, Van Wert Fire, Lutheran Air responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash on State Road. The incident was investigated by the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
1410 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Jonestown Western Road in York Township to standby as a peace officer while a subject retrieved property.
1442 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Lincoln Highway in Pleasant Township for a report of a Burglary and Theft.
1530 hrs. – Dispatched Wren Fire to a report of a garage fire at a residence on State Street in the Village of Wren. Willshire Fire, Convoy Fire, and Ohio City Fire responded to assist. CERT responded to assist with traffic.
1909 hrs. – Deputies responded to a location on Towne Center Boulevard in the City of Van Wert to assist a motorist locked out of their vehicle.
