0536 hrs. – Dispatched Scott EMS to a residence on John Yoh Road in Hoaglin Township for a subject feeling sick.
0638 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on State Route 49 in Tully Township to check an abandoned 911 call.
0735 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Washington Street in the City of Van Wert to assist with a motor vehicle crash.
1124 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Main Street in the Village of Venedocia for a complaint of trespassing.
1312 hrs. – Deputies spoke with a resident from Lincoln Highway in Pleasant Township concerning dead ducks found in his yard.
1332 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Middle Point Road in Jackson Township to check a report of suspicious activity.
1459 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. Route 127 in Union Township for a complaint of menacing.
1512 hrs. – Dispatched Van Wert EMS to a report of a motor vehicle crash on North Washington Street in the City of Van Wert.
1551 hrs. – Dispatched Van Wert EMS to a residence on Lincoln Highway in Pleasant Township for a subject with chest pain.
1638 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Dustman Road in Pleasant Township for a complaint of a violation of a protection order.
1640 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Becker Road in Jennings Township for a motor vehicle crash involving a deer, no injuries were reported.
1751 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Lincoln Highway in Washington Township for a motor vehicle crash involving a deer, no injuries were reported.
1825 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. Route 224 in Hoaglin Township to check the welfare of a subject walking.
1835 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. Route 127 in Liberty Township for a complaint of reckless driving.
1947 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Converse Roselm Road in Jennings Township for a motor vehicle crash involving a deer, no injuries were reported.
2049 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Lincoln Highway in Washington Township to assist the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
2052 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on State Route 49 in Willshire Township for a report of juveniles being disorderly along the roadway.
2148 hrs. – Deputies responded to a location on Fox Road in the City of Van Wert to assist a motorist locked out of their vehicle.
2255 hrs. – Deputies along with Wren EMS and Van Wert EMS to a residence on U.S. Route 33 in Willshire Township for a report of a subject not breathing. A subject on scene became disorderly and was arrested for a Fourth-Degree Felony Charge of Disrupting Public Service. Randy Dean Michaelson Jr. age 35 of Pleasant Township was transported to the Van Wert County Correctional Facility.

0202 hrs. – Deputies served a warrant issued by Van Wert County Common Pleas Court for Bond Violation. Bobby Lee Burnett age 30 Willshire Township is being held at the Van Wert County Correctional Facility.
0212 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Gilbert Road in Jennings Township for a complaint of criminal trespassing.
0300 hrs. – Dispatched Middle Point EMS to a residence on State Route 116 in Ridge Township for a subject who fell.
0842 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Slack Road in Ridge Township to assist a motorist locked out of their vehicle.
0853 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of North Washington Street for a report of a loose dog.
1205 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Brodnix Road in York Township for a report of a runaway juvenile. The juvenile was later located.

1051 hrs. – Dispatched Wren EMS to a residence on State Route 81 in Willshire Township for a subject who had fallen.
1106 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of State Route 709 in Liberty Township for a report of a utility pole being down in the roadway.
1124 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. Route 224 in Jackson Township to check the welfare of a subject sitting along the roadway.
