The last of three men charged in the murder of a Uniopolis man pleads not guilty during his arraignment in Auglaize County Common Pleas Court.
28 year old James Dinsmore of Lima, is charged with two counts of aggravated murder, and one count each of aggravated burglary, kidnapping, and intimidation of a witness. The murder charges carry death penalty specifications.
Dinsmore was charged along with Aaron Dietrich of Wapakoneta and Joseph Furry of Van Wert. The other men are also pleading not guilty.
The trio is accused of killing 54 year old Charles Hicks. He was found in his Main Street apartment on June ninth.
Dinsmore also faces attempted murder charges in Allen County. He is being held at the Allen County Jail.
