Five suspects are arrested in mercer county stemming from illegal drug activity.
The incident began with an undercover purchase of heroin at a Celina residence. Once the transaction was complete suspects Kimberly Hall,51 was taken into custody for possession of a drug abuse instrument and Misty Kitzmiller, 33 who was charged for failure to reinstate an operator's license.
Further investigation led to a second location where another controlled buy was completed. Linzie Star, 19 and Seth Hall, 24 were already subjects of active indictments for drug trafficking. A third person at the same house, Tina Hall, 45 was charged with obstruction of official business.
The case has been turned over to the mercer county prosecuter's office for review and the filing of appropriate felony charges.
