Delphos Saint John's Catholic Church opened their doors for Easter mass Sunday morning.
The parish decked out the church for Easter morning, which is one of the most important events in the Catholic calendar. Easter morning is also one of the busiest times for the church, with people coming back to Delphos from all over for Easter mass with their families. The Easter season is an exciting time for not only the community, but also for pastor Father Dennis Walsh.
"I enjoy these three days, everything leads up to these three days, so it's just an extraordinary time for me," said Fr. Welsh. "Lent is good, and the Easter season, even though it's busy, a lot of preparation, it's just a wonderful time a wonderful celebration for the community."
