Elida Superintendent

Elida schools will soon be overseen by the current Elida High School principal, Tony Cox. His family and friends were there for support during the conference.

Cox has previously been a principal and assistant principal for Shawnee schools and he has been teaching since 1996. Now Cox has a plan for taking on the superintendent role.

Cox will finish the school year as principal and current superintendent, Don Diglia, says patience, fairness, honesty, and good communication will be key factors in the longevity of Cox's career.

Diglia's last day as superintendent is June 30 and Cox will start July 1. A meet and greet is set for a later date.
