Keith Faber was sworn in as Ohio's 33rd Auditor of State.

Ohio Supreme Court Justice Sharon Kennedy administered the oath to Faber in the Ohio Senate chamber today(1/14/19). Faber has nearly two decades of service as an elected official in Columbus, serving as a state representative, state senator, and Senate president. Faber says he has formed one of the best executive teams and is optimistic about what the auditor's office will be able to accomplish for the citizens of Ohio.

The Allen County Sheriff's Offices' honor guard took part in the ceremony.

COLUMBUS- Auditor of State Keith Faber, today, took the Oath of Office in the Senate Chamber surrounded by family, friends, and colleagues. Ohio Supreme Court Justice Sharon Kennedy administered the Oath.

“I’m honored to be surrounded and supported by my friends and family today, but I’m most excited about tomorrow when we can really get to work,” said Auditor Faber. “I think we have formed one of the best executive teams and I am optimistic about what we are going to be able to accomplish for the people of Ohio.”

Faber is Ohio’s 33rd Auditor of State. Today’s ceremony was led by Senate President Larry Obhof and the Honorable Mary Taylor. The Faber family was also joined by the Allen County Sheriff Department Honor Guard and Father Ken Schnipke of Immaculate Conception Parish in Celina, OH.
