Attorneys from the Allen County Bar Association in Lima, Ohio are volunteering to represent people from Allen County in need of a simple divorce – at no cost. Volunteer attorneys are providing pro bono assistance through Legal Aid of Western Ohio, Inc. (LAWO).
Individuals may be eligible for this offer if they:
- have been separated from their spouse for six months or longer; AND
- they do not have children with their spouse; AND
- they do not have any property to divide.

LAWO is a non-profit law firm that provides free legal assistance in civil matters to low-income individuals and groups in a 32-county area of northwest and west central Ohio.
