Social Media outlets have not stopped buzzing about the rape of a 16-year-old girl in Steubenville, Ohio. Members of the group Anonymous leaked the evidence, and say they have already made their judgements.
Former trial judge for 24-years, Richard Warren, says having a fair trial with all this media attention will be a challenge, and that prosecutors might have to look for a jury elsewhere. The attorneys representing the boys say they are considering that option, or closing the proceedings to the public.
He says the development of social media throughout the years has made having a fair trial a challenge.
President of now marketing group, Jessika Phillips, says once all the evidence becomes clear, that people will move on.
Until then, all eyes are on Steubenville.
