LIMA, OH (WLIO) - A jury trial date has been set for a Lima 18-year-old indicted for the murder of Jaden Halpern.
Keion Darden will have his jury trial set for January 9th of 2023. Darden was previously indicted along with 18-year-old Jaquan Glenn on charges of murder, aggravated burglary, and aggravated robbery, all with firearm specifications.
On June 10th, police responded to 764 West Lane Avenue for a potential home invasion. When they arrived, they found Jayden Halpern who was dead from a gunshot wound to the abdomen.
