Cridersville history is rich and filled with fond memories from its community members and that legacy will live on at Legacy Park with its new addition.
The Legacy Park committee is moving forward with the next phase of the park's Memorial Garden, adding statues that tell a story of the village's history. Local organizations have sponsored the statues, once they are positioned on concrete, the Cridersville Garden Club will begin planting flowers and shrubs. The village will be hosting an ice cream social raising funds for the new park, Saturday June 4th from 4 to 9 PM. The event will include food, games, and pony rides.
Legacy Park is a partnership project of the local Lions Club, historical society, and the village of Cridersville.
