Lima/Allen County Chamber of Commerce Recognizing Small Businesses and Leaders

LIMA (WLIO) - The lights and cameras were out as the Lima/Allen County Chamber of Commerce held their 22nd Annual Awards Gala Wednesday evening.

The awards did their part by shining a light on all the small local businesses and the hard work and difference they make within their communities by celebrating and rewarding them and their leaders throughout the night. With seven categories and several finalists among those in attendance, all walked away praised for their work and efforts.

"This is a special occasion. This is our 22nd year of celebrating small businesses, so this is what it is about. Small businesses are the economic engines of our community. They keep our community going. It's time to celebrate and recognize them for their efforts and all the things they have accomplished. Tonight, it's really focused on them—not about us, but all about them," told Jed Metzger, President and CEO.
