A man facing rape charges was arraigned on a new crime Thursday morning.
21-year-old Buck Asmann pleaded not guilty to a charge of tampering with evidence. Court records indicate the incident occurred on April 16th. That's one day after Asmann is being accused of two counts of rape. Asmann is currently being held in Allen County Jail on the rape charges. He previously signed a speedy trial waiver in that case.
