The Allen County Grand Jury has indicted a 48-year-old Lima man.
Robert J. Wilson has been indicted on 16 charges. The charges break down into four counts of rape, four counts of sexual conduct with a minor, and eight counts of sexual battery. According to court documents, Wilson detailed at least 14 sexual encounters with a minor.
The minor was the daughter of Wilson's girlfriend. The documents state that the encounters began in November 2016. At the time, the minor was twelve years old and was ongoing through her thirteenth birthday.
