The Ohio Department of Health says their investigation into the Lima Rehab and Nursing Center has no proof of abuse against 70-year-old Susan Washington.
According to the Department of Health, the allegations into the abuse against Washington were unsubstantiated. But they did issue three citations against the center, including not developing an abuse policy, failure to report the alleged violation to the Department of Health, and failure to investigate an allegation of abuse.
Attorney Ben Crump was retained by Washington's family, and during a press conference a couple of weeks ago, he said that Washington did suffer from falls and had dementia. To read the full results, click the PDF below.
