A Hancock County Grand Jury has indicted 51-year-old Timothy McStraw of McComb on one count of rape and two counts of gross sexual imposition.
According to the indictment, McStraw allegedly had sexual contact with a child who was six years old at the time of the offenses. McStraw is being held on a $75,000 bond and has a hearing scheduled for next month.
