 People wanting to more about medicare were invited to attend a workshop at the Allen County Council on Aging today.
Information was provided on medicare and the choices people need to consider when they become eligible for this government program.
Topics covered included applying for medicare, medicare part A and part B, medicare costs, medicare part D prescription drug coverage, medicare supplement insurance and medicare advantage plans.
The Medicare 101 workshop was free and open to the public.
