A new partnership is opening the doors for small businesses to provide valuable services to their employees.

The Mental Health and Recovery Services Board is working with New York-based ENI to help small business owners to obtain employee assistance programs. This pilot program was initiated by the board to help fill a gap of services small businesses couldn’t afford to provide.

EAP Business Navigator Jennifer Mills explains, “They will receive short-term counseling. They would receive wellness coaching. They will receive advocacy on insurance bills. They would get a virtual concierge for researching any project that they want. Also, legal and financial consultation for free.
