A new partnership is opening the doors for small businesses to provide valuable services to their employees.
The Mental Health and Recovery Services Board is working with New York-based ENI to help small business owners to obtain employee assistance programs. This pilot program was initiated by the board to help fill a gap of services small businesses couldn’t afford to provide.
EAP Business Navigator Jennifer Mills explains, “They will receive short-term counseling. They would receive wellness coaching. They will receive advocacy on insurance bills. They would get a virtual concierge for researching any project that they want. Also, legal and financial consultation for free.
Qualifying businesses in Allen, Auglaize, and Hardin Counties will get a free year of access to services. For more information call 419-996-9403 or email EAP Business Navigator Jennifer Mills at jmills@eniweb.com
