LIMA, Ohio (WLIO) - Students at Ohio State Lima donated to a good cause.

According to the employees of American Red Cross, there is a large shortage for blood donations. Blood donations are used for a number of reasons, like recovery or illnesses students at Ohio State Lima decided to take time out of their busy days to donate. Many stopped by after seeing the sign outside of the Webb building, while a few had signed up earlier. Either way, students thought it was important to donate blood for those who need it.
