The three men in custody from the Damere Oliphant murder are now facing additional charges for the crime.
The Allen County Grand Jury has returned indictments against 19-year-old Gavin Lauck, 19-year-old Dalton Duncan, and 20-year-old Collin Dysert. All three men have been charged with murder, involuntary manslaughter, kidnapping, and trafficking in drugs. All four charges have a firearm specification.
20-year-old Oliphant was found shot to death outside the former Taco Bell on the corner of Shawnee Road and Cam Court in the early morning hours of March 27, 2017.
Lauck, Duncan, and Dysert were arrested in a apartment complex behind the restaurant later that morning and all could be facing 18 years to life in prison if convicted on the murder charge.
