LIMA, OH (WLIO) - The Ohio State University of Lima officially kicked off its diversity committee's calendar of activities.
Dean Tim Rehner joined the diversity committee in order to welcome new students to the committee as well as help those who want to get involved more on campus. Through a wide variety of events planned throughout the year, the committee hopes to make the campus a place where all students can get involved and feel welcome.
"Our goal is to welcome all students and be supportive of all students in their experience as they progress through the curriculum, so we have a lot of different students from different backgrounds and traditions and being able to get connected to some that are really attuned to supporting those students is the goal of this activity," explained Tim Rehner, Ohio State University of Lima Dean/Director.
