LIMA, OH (WLIO) -Â A gift and some hard work turned into a business.Â
From there her hobby of making things for her and her kids grew, and she now has her own business.
Crystal Jones received a Cricut machine back in 2019 to help make shirts for her kids' sports teams and to make some crafts. Then in 2020, she started making more items and had people start to comment on them. From there her hobby of making things for her and her kids grew, and she now has her own business.
"Being a small business owner, I called it a hustle. At one point in time it was just, 'How can I make some extra money?' I'm a hard worker; I hustle, and I get things done. But to actually be able to say that I have a business, it's just amazing. It wouldn't be possible without God and hard work. We had to take our own money from working our jobs and invest it into our own business to make this dream come true," says Crystal Jones, owner of Crystal's Creations.
Crystal adds that none of this would have been possible without the support of her family.
