Perry High School joined forces with the American Red Cross to host a blood drive.
Member of NHS, Octavia Johnson says their goal is to help save lives in the community. She says a simple donation could help a friend, a co-worker, or a loved one in need. Johnson says when Perry High School was going through Coach Herb Lane Jr.'s passing they received a lot of support from the community so the blood drive was a great way for them to give back to the community who was there for them in their time of need.
