Students and faculty from St. Marys Middle School casted there reels out in an effort to say no to drugs.
Seventh graders got a chance to get out of the classroom and fish on Grand Lake St. Marys. The event dubbed "Hooked on Fishing" is the schools way of keeping students busy and creating new hobbies for them to stay away from drugs. Even though the weather was overcast, students and faculty say it was worth getting out of the classroom for.
This is the 15th year that the school has gone fishing.
