Representatives from the Ohio Department of Development, the Toledo Port Authority, and others spoke on the importance for small business owners to know what services are available to them when it comes to getting capital.
"We know that one of the downfalls to a lot of businesses is just access to capital or lack thereof. And so just knowing where you can go to get the information that you need to grow and to build your business," stated Brooke Hawthorne, Ohio Department of Development Minority Business Division.
