Two women involved in the death of a Hilty Home patient last winter have changed their pleas to guilty.
20-year-old Destiny Fenbert and 36-year-old Rachel Friesel withdrew their not guilty pleas in the case involving the death of 76-year-old Phyllis Campbell. Both women pleaded guilty to one count of forgery, a fifth-degree felony, and one count of gross patient neglect, a first-degree misdemeanor.
Campbell died of hypothermia after she was found outside the Hilty Home, having been in the cold for eight hours.
Both will be sentenced on September 28th.
