CHANGE OF PLEA
Jacob Keith, 30, Delphos, changed his plea to Guilty of Assault, M1. He was then sentenced to 60 days jail with credit for 12 days already served, ordered to pay partial appointed counsel fees and court costs.
Charmin Justin, 55, Van Wert, changed her plea to Guilty to an amended charge of Attempted Illegal Use of Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Benefits or WIC Program Benefits, M1. Sentencing set for 2/28/24 @ 9:00 a.m.

EXTENSION OF INTERVENTION IN LIEU
Michelle Rodriguez, 31, Hicksville - Court extended her Intervention in Lieu for one year to allow her additional time to finish paying court costs.
Kimberly Miller, 58, Van Wert - Court extended her Intervention in Lieu for one year to allow her additional time to finish paying court costs and restitution.
