Ervin Daily set the school’s all-time mark with seven rushing touchdowns against Whitman in 1919. NORMAN, Okla. (AP) — Bryce Underwood, Michigan's true freshman quarterback, faced challenges Saturday night. He struggled in Michigan’s 24-13 loss at Oklahoma, completing only 9 of 24 passes for 142 yards. Last week, he impressed with 251 yards and a touchdown in a victory over New Mexico. Michigan coach Sherrone Moore said the team failed to find rhythm against Oklahoma, and it wasn't just Underwood's fault. Oklahoma coach Brent Venables had praised Underwood, comparing him to Trevor Lawrence. Underwood also had a heated moment with running back Justice Haynes, but they resolved it. Haynes later scored a 75-yard touchdown.
