LIMA, Ohio (WLIO) – The trial of a Lima man accused of sexually assaulting a young girl began Tuesday in Allen County Common Pleas Court.
Dedric Graham, 33, is facing nine counts of rape and two counts of gross sexual imposition. Graham was arrested last fall, and the charges involve a girl who was under the age of 13 at the time of the alleged crimes.
The jury was seated Tuesday afternoon. The trial is expected to last a couple of days.
