It's two days of 13-hour shifts on the air, with radio personalities inviting the public to become a St. Jude Partner in Hope, and pledge $19 a month to support the charity.

"They do not bill any of their clients - all of their patients go there completely free," said Victoria Gonzalez, radio personality on 92.1 The Frog. "Food, housing, and travel is all covered, and of course their medical care is all covered. Once you're a St Jude patient, you're a patient for life, so even years later, when you're hopefully in remission and coming back, that is all covered."

Gonzalez says the long-hours on the air are a little emotionally taxing but well worth it. You can go to 921thefrog.com to find a link to donate to St. Jude.
