The Allen County Sheriff's Office responding to a report of a car that struck a building just before 1 p.m. Tuesday afternoon.
The accident happened at Affordable Dentures located at 1951 Bellefontaine Road in Lima. A box truck with a trailer tried to exit the parking lot by going around the backside of the building. The truck crossed over the sidewalk and struck an air conditioner unit, which snapped off the gas line. Workers were evacuated as fire units shut off the gas meter and cleared the building of the gas fumes.
No one was hurt in the incident.
