Court documents say 57-year-old Charles Castle is scheduled to go to trial on July 11th in Hardin County Common Pleas Court. Castle's lawyer has filed for a change of venue in the case, which has not yet been ruled on. Just last week we learned Castle was found competent to stand trial following a mental evaluation.

Castle stands accused of one count of aggravated attempted murder, one count of rape, and 6 counts of kidnapping, along with multiple other charges. As of now, a pre-trial hearing is set for Castle on May 19th.
