Hardin County court records show that 32-year-old Dustin Connode has been indicted on a variety of counts, including aggravated arson, vandalism, and possession of criminal tools. Connode will be arraigned on June 26, 2019.

On April 21st, 2018, the four homes set on fire were within a half a mile from each other and all of the fires were reported in one hour's time. Two of the houses had people inside when the fires started, no one was injured. Connode was allegedly seen in the area and arrested. He was initially held on a probation violation but wasn't formally charged with starting the fires until this week.
