Van Wert County, OH (WLIO) - A Delphos man gets indicted on rape and other charges in Van Wert County.
The Van Wert County Grand Jury charged 24-year-old Elias Lugo with two counts of rape and two counts of sexual battery. According to the indictment, the alleged offense occurred in February of 2022 and the female victim was unable to give consent. Lugo was arraigned this week on the charges and has a pretrial hearing scheduled for the end of the month.
