A morning dive at the Gilboa Quarry turns deadly for one man.
Around 11a.m. someone found a diver unresponsive at dock 5. The diver was Robert Fisher, 64, of Cincinnati.
He was taken by Lifflight to St. Rita's Medical Center and died a short time later.
The Putnam County Sheriff's Office and Allen County Coroner's Office are investigating, but say no foul play is suspected.
