On Friday, July 6, 2018, at approximately 4:36 p.m., Patrolman Torres and his K9 partner King stopped a vehicle at Jameson and Rice. The registered owner had a warrant for her arrest and was driving at the time of the stop. Patrolman Torres used his K9 to conduct a narcotics sniff. After a positive alert from the K9, the vehicle was searched. Patrolman Torres located marijuana, paraphernalia, dabs and over 600 oxycodone pills. The driver and passenger were arrested and held on suspicion of possession of a Schedule II controlled substance at the Allen County Jail.
