November 1, 2024, Press Release from Lima Memorial Health System: The Lima Memorial Auxiliary invites the community to kick off the holiday season at its annual Holiday Bazaar and Gift Shop Open House on Friday, November 8. The event will take place in the Lima Memorial Welcome Center, which will be transformed into a festive holiday shopping destination in support of the Lima Memorial Auxiliary.
This year’s Holiday Bazaar will feature an expanded selection of homemade baked goods, handcrafted items and unique holiday gifts, running from 6:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.
“We are thrilled to once again bring together many talented crafters and bakers,” says Roberta Brewer, Auxiliary Social Chair. “This year, we were excited to open up craft donations to the public, allowing even more people to contribute their creations to support our Auxiliary’s fundraising efforts. We are truly thankful to all our associates and community members who contributed.”
In addition to the bazaar, the Lima Memorial Gift Shop will host a Holiday Open House from 7 a.m. – 6 p.m., offering shoppers a curated selection of holiday décor, ornaments and gifts. All proceeds from both the Holiday Bazaar and Gift Shop Open House will benefit the Lima Memorial Auxiliary, supporting their initiatives to improve the patient and family experience within the health system.
