Lima Police arrest Leo Stapleton, boyfriend of victim Kimberly Clark

The autopsy of Kimberly Clark says her death was the result of murder.

Last night the police arrested live in boyfriend , 48-year-old Leo Stapleton who is being held on suspicion of murder and he is currently be held in the Allen County Jail. Investigators say they are not ready to charge Stapleton with murder, but they are sure that Stapleton is responsible for the murder. Detective Stechschulte says they are not ready to release the cause of death yet, but the investigation into Clark's death is still on-going.

Clark was found dead in her apartment last night by a family member. Stapleton was arrested a short time after.
