The Mobile Produce Market is one service looking forward to the new year. The bus from the West Ohio Food Bank and Activate Allen County started rolling in October of 2013 to provide fresh produce for a reasonable price. The market relies on grants and donations to operate as revenue from the sales of produce is not enough to fund it.
Recently Potash Corp made a $100,000 dollars donation to help with the operations. Allison says the bus will be taking a holiday break, but will be back on it's regular schedule starting
